Further also * Run tests in CI also in PHP 8.4 and merge PHPStan and CS Fixer jobs in github actions workflow. * Update PEST version * Update PHP CS Fixer to run in parallel and use PER as base ruleset
Because they aren't available in PEST 1.x which is needed for PHP 8.0 support.
