What's Changed

Fix bonus claims not counted in claim limit check

The claimChunk() method was using config.calculateMaxClaims() which
ignored bonus claim slots, bonus max claims, and unlimited claims flag.
Now uses getMaxClaims() which properly handles all bonus types.

Installation

1. Download EasyClaims-v1.0.41.jar
2. Place in your Hytale server's mods/ folder
3. Restart the server
