- configs: Add configs from dist-git
- Remove demo github action
- Use unversioned -rhel config in github build check
- Remove kernel-5.14.0-*.config
- Use ./scripts/dummy-tools for olddefconfig
LE-2787 These are the configs synced from the corresponding dist-git
LE-2786 Use the remaining unversioned -rhel config appropriate for your architecture (ie kernel-x86_64-rhel.config). These are synced with the corresponding dist-git config files.
LE-2788 This prevents any local machine particulars from changing the config
