how to add cipher suites before connection

Question

I am trying to add more cipher suites before connection. I changed the TCPTransport class by adding the following code to the func connect(url: URL, timeout: Double = 10, certificatePinning: CertificatePinning? = nil)

sec_protocol_options_append_tls_ciphersuite(tlsOpts.securityProtocolOptions, tls_ciphersuite_t.ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256)

But when I checked the client hello packet using Wireshark. This cipher suite was not there. They still use default cipher suites without adding this new one.
