Summary

In this pr usage privileges is a database level privilege.

use Usage privilege optimize USEDB Plan

grant usage on <db_name>.* to role role1;

grant role1 to u1;
grant role1 to u2;
...

the u1,u2... will not list ownerships when execute use <db_name>;
