Augment the widget configuration file to supply the reducers and components for each widget. Dynamically populate reducers and components base upon the widget's ID.

This refactors the dashboard to assign incrementing numerical indeces to the widgets instead of the hardcoded string values (e.g. - 'slack'). Needed for future multiple-instance work.
