Verified the db image publish fix end-to-end on Apple Silicon; images pull and run correctly but only under amd64 emulation, since build-and-push never sets a target platform. Not fixing inline — logging it as its own tracked item.

Summary
dbimage publish fix (merged in Fix ghcr.io image name mismatch; publish versioned db image #16) end-to-end on an Apple Silicon Mac viadocker compose -f docker-compose.prod.yml pull && up -d— all three services (api, worker,db) pulled and started successfully from the correcteddiffpype_claude-*image names.platform (linux/amd64) does not match the detected host platform (linux/arm64/v8)warning for all three services —build-and-pushnever sets a targetplatforms:, so onlyamd64images exist; they still run locally, just under emulation.docs/tech_debt.mditem rather than fixing inline — orthogonal to the naming fix, and the real resolution (multi-arch manifests viadocker/setup-qemu-action+buildx+platforms: linux/amd64,linux/arm64) is its own scoped change.CLI Verification
