Add collab_scratch/ as a git-ignored handoff space - #24

Conversation
Gives us a persistent, discoverable place to hand off drafts and one-off files (e.g. demo pages) between sessions, instead of an ephemeral scratch directory outside the repo the user can't easily find or reopen. Nothing inside is version-controlled except the .gitignore and README explaining the convention.

Summary
collab_scratch/— a persistent, repo-visible scratch directory for handoff artifacts between the user and Claude (drafts, demo pages, one-off files), as an alternative to Claude's ephemeral session-only temp directory, which is hard to find/reopen and doesn't survive between sessions..gitignoreinside the folder itself (*/!.gitignore/!README.md) rather than a bare.gitkeep— this both keeps the directory tracked and actively prevents anything dropped into it from ever being staged, which a.gitkeepalone would not do.CLAUDE.mdDirectory Reference so a future session (no memory of this conversation) knows the convention exists and when to prefer it.CLI Verification
chore/collab-scratch-W, zero warnings).gitignore/README.md, then dropped a test file intocollab_scratch/— confirmed it never appeared ingit statusfind . -name ".gitkeep"— confirmed no stray.gitkeepfiles anywhere in the repo, consistent with going all-in on the.gitignoreapproachdocs/diagrams/infrastructure_topology.md— no service/infra changesApplication QA
N/A — no runtime behavior changed; this is a local git/workflow convention only.
