- Introduced `CliCommand` interface in `src/cli/interfaces.ts`. - Refactored `create` and `dev` commands to implement `CliCommand` and export a `command` object. - Updated `src/cli/index.ts` to dynamically load commands from `src/cli/commands/` using `fs.readdir`, removing the central switch statement and reducing merge conflicts. - Updated `tsconfig.json` to explicitly include all CLI source files. - Added default `logLevel` to `ConfigManager` to fix build issue. This PR refactors the CLI architecture to support parallel development by implementing a self-discovery pattern for commands. This removes the need to modify a central
