- Moved `tests/config.manager.test.ts` to `tests/unit/config.manager.test.ts` and fixed import paths.
- Added a test case in `tests/unit/plugin.manager.test.ts` to verify `getTrigger` functionality.
- Added a test case in `tests/unit/config.manager.test.ts` to verify configuration secret validation.
- Updated `PREVENT_CONFLICTS.md` to mark the "Enhanced Testing" task as completed.
- Ensured temporary test directories use `{"type": "module"}` in `package.json` for proper ESM support.
