NSF Biosketch 2020 Format

This is a latex template for the new-format NSF biosketch. This is not an approved format, but it is close to indistinguishable from the ScienCV format.

I make no guaruntees on its accuracy or acceptance to the NSF.

This template uses some specialized packages including multibib
