Summary

Prepares the v0.21.0 release. Version-only changes — no functional code.

  • Bumps all 10 workspace packages 0.20.0 → 0.21.0 (and the @debugmcp/shared peerDependency pin in the python/dotnet/javascript/mock adapters).
  • Datestamps the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] section as [0.21.0] - 2026-05-30.
  • Points the release.yml workflow_dispatch default ref at v0.21.0.

What's in 0.21.0

Verification

scripts/release-dry-run.sh passes (the only non-green items are the expected "uncommitted/not-on-main" prep-state notes). Publishing credentials re-validated post token-rotation: npm ✓, Docker Hub ✓, PyPI ✓.

After merge

Tag v0.21.0 on the merge commit and push it to trigger release.yml (npm + Docker + PyPI + GitHub release).

Bumps all 10 workspace packages 0.20.0 -> 0.21.0 (and the @debugmcp/shared
peerDependency pin in the python/dotnet/javascript/mock adapters), datestamps
the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] section as [0.21.0] - 2026-05-30, and points the
release.yml workflow_dispatch default ref at v0.21.0.

Headline: minimum Node.js raised to 22 and which 6 -> 7 (#85), plus the batch
of merged Dependabot CI/dep updates.

Release dry-run passes (18/18 checks, 0 errors).
