rabbitmq集群的镜像迁移到新的地方了，详见bitnami/charts#35164 同时更新了helm的配置，解决最近的rabbitmq集群的告警问题 同时尝试将集群版本拉到最新，发现有问题，目前暂无明确的升级需求，因此暂停
