Sean Gets A PhD: Silly Utility Functions
I've realized, in the limited analyses I've been working on in the early days of my PhD, that I had already started my own little toolkit consisting of utility functions I've copied between countless .Rmd scripts. I figured "why not put all of these into an R packages?" And, further, "Why not share that package with anybody crazy enough to think that these functions will be useful?"
So, intrepid reader: here you go. Here are some silly utility functions that may ease your pain when analyzing microarray and RNA-Seq gene expression data.
