New build system: Individual and combined archives

The plugins can now be downloaded as follows:

• As separate archives for each plugin
• As a single archive containing all plugins

The new build system improves plugin distribution flexibility.

Dropped < MO2 2.5 support

• Removed support for older Mod Organizer. Only 2.5 and up is supported
• New alpha version of link deployment plugin now supporting "root" modding
• Improved resource build script

MO2 2.5 / QT6 support

• MO2 2.5 / QT6 support
• Added experimental link deployment script (disabled by default, set agree to true to activate)

New MO2 plugin format

• Switch to the new MO2 plugin format
• Sync mod order: Make it more clear where the mod order is synced to

Lexy's guide fix

Fixed issue where certain Unicode characters caused moving files to fail. This caused issues for some people following Lexy's guide at http://lexyslotd.com/guide/merge-page/
