feat(frontend): add upload academic statement option to fill courses#1217

Users can now upload a pdf of their academic statement which will load courses into Circles. This option is in the menu where you can upload exported planners. Further testing is needed on different academic statements as there is no formal specification for what an academic statement consits of.
