feat: backup location details

Description

This pull request adds support for a new icon, making it available for use throughout the application.

Icon additions:

• Imported the ICCircleSmall SVG icon in Icon.tsx so it can be used as a React component.
• Added ic-circle-small to the iconMap object, allowing the new icon to be referenced by name.
