This PR is intended to bring this repo more or less up to date with Supabase's self-hosted containers. It updates existing containers and configurations, and adds new ones.
This is currently still a draft because there is a bug in the GA release of supabase studio that causes issues with the analytics dashboard supabase/supabase#26309. This PR still includes a much newer release, supabase/studio:20240422-5cf8f30, but would like to get this up to date with GA
