Align the Makefile help text for
docs_publishwith actual behavior.The rule tags and pushes the
docsref:git tag -d docs && git tag docs && git push --force origin docs(notdocs-next).Avoids confusion with
docs_publish_dev, which correctly targetsdocs-next.Comment-only change; zero runtime/CI impact. Verified via
make help.
