ca-certificate

Hi Authors,

Encountering the problem that when logged in by sso account, showing no certificate xxx problem on the page.
So, I tried to download the ca.pem file and put in the folder, but I don't know how to let oauth component connect to this files
Do you have any ideas for such problem, thanks a lot
