Thanks for the PR @Mr-kings042 . Can you explain what commands you've added and why you made those choices?

I added Validation for file exists before trying to run it and i also added checks for ".py" extension with helpful error messages. also i added fallback suggestions when Poetry isn't available and show clear progress indicators with emojis. why i made the choices include adding more descriptive error messages when commands fail or when files doesn't exist and to improve help text for each command with examples
