I001. The mechanical import reorder changes the generator and aggregate cohort identities, so the existing worker correctly stopped without editing or retrying.This authority correction remains
permitted_not_accepted, introduces no production bytes, preserves R1A/R1C truth and all 80 frozen cases, and authorizes only the existing CK-08R1B worker to resume after squash merge and fresh exact-main verification.Validation
