Outcome
Freezes the narrow non-consuming CK-08R1B successor-cohort correction required by the two reproduced acceptance defects. This PR changes authority/schema/tests/docs only and does not accept the implementation or alter PR #430.
Binding
362e9bb908c06980cbe25cc2d433d3f78a2389473a86a10b12122d6ff9bec70f5f62105157af25c8735b87616e3fd98acebe6d2bc0751c3ffd18bda0422e1a0d08c42d8d173aeae2The correction requires all authoritative session relationships to be applied before one complete acyclic hierarchy computation/validation, and rejects explicit null Q-WF-02 start/terminal coordinates in production and independent truth while retaining legitimate optional absence semantics.
Scope locks
The frozen 80-case truth, R1A/R1C roots, grading isolation, downstream holds, public/projection/R3/R4/RG/CK-09/CK-07 exclusions, synthetic-only constraint, and existing-worker-only continuation remain unchanged.
