This PR introduces a new Windows-like pretty simple, but very useful (and highly requested) feature (can become user-configurable in the future) that allows to change the keyboard layout by clicking on the InputLanguage aka the input language button (formerly indicator) on the taskbar.

This new feature can be expanded into a "language bar" in the future (#68 ???).
This PR also should solve #305, #934 and #1186, and also should help to solve #68 in the near future.

The code was partially written using Microsoft Copilot, but was reviewed and modified enough to not be considered garbage vide coding.
