removeNonLetters returns an ArabicText with the characterCount of the original ArabicText which is greater than the text with removed non-letters. It causes OutOfBoundException in the next toUnicode() call

Bug fix
the problem: removeNonLetters returns an ArabicText with the characterCount of the original ArabicText which is greater than the text with removed non-letters.
It causes OutOfBoundException in the next toUnicode() call
the solutions: replace characterCount with letterCount
