EWSmethods v.0.1.0-beta

Beta release of the R package EWSmethods: Pretty assessment of univariate and multivariate early warning signals.

EWSmethods provides rolling and expanding window approaches to assessing abundance based early warning signals. Ggplot based presentation of the outputs are supported for clear and publishable figures. The package additionally provides an R interface to EWSNET, a deep learning modelling framework for predicting critical transitions (Deb et al. 2022).
