This PR modernizes attestation statement verification for the
"android-key"format. This work was completed against a statement generated on a Pixel 8a running Chrome 134 on Android 15. I also tested it against a statement generated on a Huawei device running Chrome 88 on Android 10 as was observed at work, but didn't include that response in here for obvious reasons.Fixes #239.
