Update "android-safetynet" integrity check #241

This PR changes "android-safetynet" attestation statement verification to require that the "basicIntegrity" flag is true. The "ctsProfileMatch" flag is no longer being checked because some known unrooted, unmodified devices are returning false for this flag and blocking otherwise fine devices.

This attestation statement format will start seeing decreased usage anyway as Google continues to roll out "android-key"-based attestation through April 2025 to replace "android-safetynet" attestation.

Fixes #238.
