Allow plotting histogram based on lasso or polygon regions #180
Description
Currently the histograms are plotted using echogram content enclosed in a rectangular box.
We would like to have the functionality to plot histogram from a region with arbitrary shape selected via either lasso or polygon tools.

Manually selecting a part of the echogram and dynamically plotting a histogram based on the selected data is straightforward; we don’t need to modify the existing code, as shown in the image below.

@Galaxy3696 @sashalai64 If anyone is interested in implementing this, you may try to do some research on the lasso select in holoviews . The key is how to get the vertices of the selected polygon then get the echo data based off these vertices
