- Update github build config to use newer version of actions/cache
- Removes sleep from the unit test and instead use Carbon...
- Removes unused MySQL dependency from github build, ensure Sqlite3 extension is installed
- Fix sporadic unit test fail when faker generates a name containing something that mutates after going through htmlentities().
