Version bump across all stamped channels (0.7.0 → 0.8.0): cli/Cargo.toml +
Cargo.lock, package.json, .aps/config.yml, the CLI_VERSION defaults + emitted
config in lib/{scaffold.sh,Scaffold.psm1,rules/common.sh,export.sh}, the curl
install/update fallbacks (scaffold/{install,update}{,.ps1}), packaging/scoop/aps.json
(version + asset URL; hash lands post-tag), and the README badge.
Release content:
- README "What's in v0.8.0" section rewritten (7 new harnesses + refreshed
planning stack + plan-doctor).
- CHANGELOG [0.8.0] entry.
- plans/releases/v0.8.0.md release narrative (theme: Harness Expansion).
Verified: aps --version reports 0.8.0; cargo test 188/188; aps lint clean
(46 files); markdownlint clean; checklist straggler grep clean.
Next (per release.yml): tag v0.8.0 (builds 5 targets + SHA256SUMS) → cargo
publish → Scoop hashes on both surfaces.
