I lead the Playvox cloud team inside NICE. My job isn't shipping infrastructure for the sake of it. It's connecting CI/CD, AWS, SRE and FinOps to the business so product can move revenue and improve the user experience.
CI/CD in production with CircleCI, GitLab CI, Buildkite, Drone and GitHub Actions. IaC with Terraform. Identity with OIDC. Cost as a first-class engineering metric.
