Adds KDE-specific handling for the Trash applet: KDE trash URI/open command support, direct monitoring of the KDE trash files directory, kiorc confirmation preference handling, and safe deletion of KDE trash files/info entries. Also updates trash applet tests and refreshes the gettext template for the new confirmation dialog strings.
