Prepare the Flatpak packaging for a Flathub submission under the project-owned cc.docking.Docking app ID. This updates the Flatpak runtime to GNOME 50, moves Python runtime dependencies into an offline dependency manifest, adds libwnck as an explicit Flatpak module, installs Flatpak-specific desktop/metainfo/icon IDs, and adds the docking.cc well-known verification placeholder for the Flathub token.
