Hello,
BOSH VirtualBox CPI is currently incompatible with VirtualBox 6.1+. This tutorial should be done using VirtualBox 6.0. See cloudfoundry/bosh-deployment#378 (comment)
Also, this will provision a 6GB virtual machine, which brought my 8GB MacBook on its knees.
