Adds axum-based HTTP server with three endpoints: POST /run — full SMILES → energy pipeline POST /analyze — RHF + partition analysis only GET /health — liveness with uptime + request count Heavy linear algebra runs on spawn_blocking to keep the event loop responsive. All 453 workspace tests pass.
