Summary
Crawler only supports static content right now, because the HTTP library we use (apache) doesn't support dynamic content.
Using HtmlUnit, we can crawl web pages with generated content from JavaScript. There are a few differences between HtmlUnit and Apache's HTTP lib, and we want to support both options, so this is also a configurable setting.
