Change current for ECE docs to 3.8

This changes "current" for the ECE docs to version 3.8.0.
Do not merge until release day (February 5th April 4th 2025)

It looks like you were missing the last two commits from master one of which changed the config for APM agent docs. I pushed a commit that should hopefully fix it. 🤞
