- added and option to do a realease and upload release files - added input option if you want to upload files after release

Used the action and realized I need to use another action to upload the release. So I added that option, just an input option which is optional of course. Everything else still works, and also since I work on Mac, I added a
test-mac.shto run test on Mac and Linux machines.
