4.0.2 Release

Fixes build problems with Wt 4.0.1 and one bug in Wt::Auth.

Update on 2018-01-22: Binaries were rebuilt to fix a build issue where Wt tries to access the E: drive to look for configuration files. Now, it looks in C:\witty by default.
