Please find the solutions of the technical test provided as a part of interview process.
I have added 2 files:
~\cramtools\src\test\java\net\sf\cram\AlignmentSliceQueryTest.java
~\cramtools\src\test\java\net\sf\cram\common\UtilsTest.java
as a solution for Test 1 and Test 2 respectively.
I have also modified build\build.xml for "test" target to include my *Test.java files.
I have tested and build the project with "ant -f build/build.xml runnable" , which will compile the classes and build the project successfully.
I have also tested build with only "test" target to generate my junit results.
With following output:
Running net.sf.cram.AlignmentSliceQueryTest
[junit] Tests run: 11, Failures: 3, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 0.235 sec
Running net.sf.cram.common.UtilsTest
[junit] Tests run: 31, Failures: 2, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 0.381 sec
