CK changes to enable adding projects to SCORE.
Verify current behavior is maintained for existing projects which have no SCORE code.
Verify new projects not linked to SCORE behave similarly to pre-existing projects.
Verify new projects linked to SCORE only display the linking code on the members dialog view.
Closes #470
