Add error_on_missing_columns to more methods.

Pull Request Description

• Making building general workflow easier by allow handling missing columns more easily.
• New Table_Selector to handle the 5 or 6 different ways of specifying a set of columns.
  • Currently just in newer methods but can be added to others later.
