Change in the design for the outflow limits. Instead of using a proxy (LimitOutflowModifier), we use inheritance.
Removal of the LimitOutflowModifier alternative contract. The inheritance alternative is much cleaner and also works better with Etherscan or other platforms that decode the ABI from the contract.
