Prerelease adding .NET 8 and PowerShell 7.4-7.6 compatibility. PSQuickGraph now targets net8.0, shared libraries target net8.0 and net9.0, and the module no longer bundles its own PowerShell runtime. Includes PSGraph.Common 2.6.0-beta1.
