Implemented methods to get element locator by image.
To use this some preconditions should be met:

JVM should be installed
JAVA_HOME path should be created at system variables
SikuliIntegrator nuget should be installed

Added JDI ImageToWebElement project
Added ImagePattnerSerach.cs
See Tests in GetElementByImage.cs for using example
