==ReadNCache JMeter function

Use it for read files as ${__FileToString()} and cache it into Concurrent LRU cache.

Example:
${__FileToString("/tmp/dataset.txt",,)} --> ${__ReadNCache("/tmp/dataset.txt")}

To control LRU cache use options:
// Capacity of LRU Cache. Default is 1000
jmeter.readncache.capacity=1000
// Concurrency level of LRU Cache. Default is 16
jmeter.readncache.concurrency_level=16
