Add Snake shell game

[FrozenChicken]

A classic snake game implementation in Erlang/OTP 28 based on new future called "raw shell" which allowed user to give input dynamically (without pressing enter) in terminal, it's escript file so you need make script executable.

Make script executable
chmod +x snake.es

Prerequisites
Erlang/OTP 28
Linux/windows/powershell terminal
