Replaces local file and pattern-based club detection with a Grails API call for club membership. Introduces a new constants/clubMetadata.ts for club labels and Twitter handles, and updates all services and formatters to use club slugs and metadata helpers. Simplifies ClubService, removes file and pattern logic, and updates all usages to work with club slugs and async API calls.
Updated labels in the UI and tweet formatting logic to use 'Category' or 'Categories' based on the number of clubs associated with an ENS name. This improves clarity for users when multiple clubs/categories are present.
