Add Keyring pending settlement vaults

Summary

Adds the two new pending settlement collateral vaults to the Keyring Institutional Cluster:

• 0x71772F99e83ed7F7650BE9A2b8859B12F1aeC028: eps-USDC-1, backed by ps-USDC
• 0xBe264Cece20D10bf0a64d0B91C21529C7fa02AA9: eps-mGLOBAL-2, backed by ps-mGLOBAL

The token artwork is being sent to Euler separately for the frontend asset pipeline.

Validation

• jq empty 1/products.json
• npm run biome
• npm run verify
• Confirmed both vault names, symbols and underlying assets on Ethereum mainnet
